I would buy it for the label alone, so inviting, like a lazy summer day by the pool. Vivid yellow, with a bright white head. Clean, but a non-discernible nose yields to a unique and delicious flavor which coats the mouth; drier and more acidic than a brew simply seasoned with hops. I couldn’t identify the seasoning as chamomile, one of my favorite tisanes, but no matter, I liked the taste. Refreshing, it is a wheat beer that goes down easy with summer fare, like grilled vegetable skewers, hummus and even strawberry short cake.

Pale gold with an inviting wheat haze. Beery aroma with flavor expressed as a super wow delicious yeast/hop character. Delicious and yummy. Hops not aggressive but flavorful without being citrusy or fruity. Unusually inviting with food. Nice aftertaste. Brewers skill achieves a smooth balance. Clean crisp and a mouthful of flavor for a easy drinking summer wheat.
