All beers start as dreams that we homebrew in our pilot system located in my garage. For our production beer (beer we sell) we buy brewery time at NAB in Rochester, NY. Beach Classic American Pilsner is a version of Pilsner originally brewed in the USA by immigrant German brewers who brought the process and yeast with them when they settled in America.  Our beer is made with 2-row base malt, Vienna, Cara Pils and a selection of American Hops.

Think of an immaculate, white beach. A sizzling sun is setting and it’s time for a frickin’ frigid brewski. Beach Haus goes down easy, so easy you can spend your valuable vacation concentrating on more important things than the complexity of a beer. Bright yellow color with a head of white sand, the nose is clean, balanced with light flavors of golden malt, and just enough hops to be polite. We enjoyed it on a picnic with pretzels, buttered corn on the cob, and mortadella, lettuce and tomato sandwiches. Life’s a beach!

Color of American pils, but with a frothy head of foam worth marveling at. Convincingly clean aroma, crisp and reflective of substantive beer. Shrewdly hopped lager defined by delicious hop bitterness—the kind that quenches, stimulates and satisfies. Fresh and edgy and in style. A dignified approach to American pilsner the way it should be made. I’ll reach for my wallet when offered this beer.
