Beautiful contrast of the turbid, spun gold color and vigorous, tight, off-white head. Tutti fruity nose of peaches, strawberries, plums and clover honey is sole satisfying before the beer is even sipped. Rich, round, full-bodied, honey-like taste is distinct; different than a Bavarian Hefe but no less delicious.  Serve with a  cottage cheese salad with cucumbers, jalapenos, green pepper and radishes on lettuce picked fresh from the garden, dressed with  honey vinaigrette – sensational!

Yowser! Waiter, there’s a banana in my beer! All great hefeweizens express banana to one degree or another―this one drops a bomb. Amber and cloudy with yeast and chill haze, Honey Hefe has negligible hop character and overall balance is honey sweet and very fruity. It’s sure to please palates seeking these defining and expressive characters.
