Societe The Swindler
December 28, 2017
None of our panelists felt the least bit swindled after tasting this one. The wine and wood notes are soft and well-incorporated, allowing additional flavors—dill, lemon, vanilla and a slight Brettanomyces funk—to come through. It’s balanced, with a pop of acidity and just-right carbonation. Kudos not only to the brewer, but to the skillful blender as well.
