Interboro Stay G-O-L-D
November 17, 2017Hazy gold in the glass. Pineapple, tropical fruit and a bit of pine resin on the nose. Huge aroma that projects out way beyond the glass. Some sharp mineral notes with a hint of antiseptic with nose in the glass. Big fruit on the palate. Clean bitterness with an appealing neutral note. Nice, drinkable example of the style.

Citrus joins the party in the form of grapefruit and tangerine, and there’s a hint of raw green onion. It’s an incredibly fruit-forward IPA with a dry finish that goes down all too easily.
