Original Gravity 1060 (14.8 °P)

Bitterness: 49 IBU

All-grain recipe:

7.5 pounds European two-row pils malt

2 pounds US six-row lager malt 10093

2 pounds Vienna malt 10105

A standard infusion mash will work fine here, although more ambitious brewers might want to consider a simple decoction mash to add a layer of caramelly creaminess. Main mash temperature should be about 148°F (64 °C).

Extract recipe:

6.5 pounds Pale dry malt extract

0. 5 pound Pale crystal malt (20 °L)

Hops (calculated for pellets)

1 ounce (g)  60 min  Polish Marynka (9% alpha)

1.5 ounce (g)  20 min  Polish Lublin (3% alpha)

1.5 ounce (g)  0 min  Polish Lublin
