Highland Brewing Co. To Release PSA Pilsner To Support Pints For Prostates

Asheville, NC-based Highland Brewing Co. has announced the release of PSA Pilsner to help raise awareness for prostate cancer. Highland PSA Pilsner is a limited release lager created by brewer Joey Justice that initially be available on draught and tapped for the first time March 11 from 4 to 8 pm. 50 cents from each pint sold will go to benefit the Pints for Prostates campaign. The beer is named after the prostate specific antigen blood test. The recipe combines Best Maltz with Carapils and Vienna malt. Classic Czech Saaz hops provide a modest IBU count and, at 4 percent ABV, the beer is a clean, crisp sessionable beer.
