All About Beer Magazine

Coinciding with the start of Oregon Craft Beer Month in July, Full Sail Brewing Co. will release Dunkopple, a Dunkles Lager, as part of their Brewer’s Share Series. The beer was crafted by Kristy Hosopple who is a lab supervisor for the brewery. The German Dunkles lager gets a kick from the northwest hops (Mt. Hood and Citra) that she used in the recipe. A moderately hopped, malty brew? Sounds tasty.
