Thomas Hooker Brewing will release their seasonal beer, Watermelon Ale, on May 21. This year the ale will be brewed using locally grown watermelons from Rosedale Farms in Simsbury, CT. The beer, a light ale with a smooth finish and a big watermelon nose, will be available on tap and in bottles until September.
