The style’s recipe was created to accommodate one location – Oxford, MS. The brew is dry hopped and classified as a pale ale yet defies traditional pale ale characteristics with its earthiness and slight carbonation. At 5.2 percent ABV, this beer is a nice accompaniment for sticky, humid Southern summer evening.
