Summer is finally here in the southeast and many breweries are welcoming it with great seasonal beers. SweetWater Brewing Company has come up with SCH’WHEAT! an unfiltered wheat ale which pours a light golden color. Initially fruity in both smell and flavor and slightly sweet (sch’wheat?). The beer has a refreshing body with a clean, crisp finish; this is a pleasant summer beer that I would have again and again.
