Great Divide Chocolate Oak Aged Yeti
August 1, 2016This Yeti’s aromatics feel like landing in the center of a melted chocolate chip. And while it shows those cocoa nib additions proudly, the flavor’s that familiar Oaked Yeti: smooth milk chocolate and cocoa, oak approximating toasted marshmallows, and currents underneath of lean alcohol and darker berries. This is effortlessly smooth, along the lines of North Coast Brewing Co.’s Old Rasputin, with extra chocolaty depths and perhaps a hint of peppered heat.
