The can lists the ingredients as snowmelt, malt, Patagonian hops and yeast. There is a subtle floral aroma from the hops and a toffee aroma from the malts. The taste is as suggested in the aroma. This is a well-balanced, highly drinkable beer. The best snowmelt I ever tasted!
