This Belgian-style Wit, or “white” ale, is an unfiltered wheat beer brewed with traditional ingredients – noble hops, pale malt, unmalted wheat, orange peel, and coriander. The addition of ginger, cumin and seeds of paradise create complex aromatics, a refreshing taste, and a crisp finish.

According to the label, a beer for campfires. What beer isn’t? It would be better to know the ABV. Turbid pour of burnished gold. Bright white head makes for a pretty pour. Nice balance of spices; coriander and orange peel on the nose. The beer is fruity up front with enough acidity on the back of the palate to drink with a variety of foods. Acidity hangs on in the aftertaste. We enjoyed it with tuna tartar topped with a sauce of fresh peaches marinated in balsamic vinegar.
Pale and hazed brew with quality suds cover. Bright and zesty aroma of orange peel citrus, a touch of fragrant coriander and a hint of yeasty foundation. A beer to dance with and to. Flavors surround, conquer and refresh. This Wit has everything to stand alone; No need for a slice of anything to garnish this all inclusive perfectly balanced beer. Another brew enhanced by mild presence of yeast. Do it with any food your heart desires.
