Like their brewing brothers, today’s cider makers are experimenting with a broad array of ingredients and techniques. Sample from more than 20 different ciders in our Cider Garden, a new feature for World Beer Festival Raleigh 2016.
Though this will be the Cider Garden’s first year in Raleigh, it has been a popular feature at our last two festivals in Durham and Columbia. Raleigh’s Cider Garden will be the biggest yet, with eight different cider producers (and four of them from North Carolina).
We’ll have around 30 different ciders in the Cider Garden, from traditional dry and sweet varieties to more experimental offerings like pear ciders, bourbon-infused ciders, hopped ciders, ginger ciders & more.
