Marty Jones (cheersleader/idea man) and Andy Brown (head brewer) led us through a tasting of the Denver-based brewery’s beers, including Belgorado, B3K Black Lager, Rail Yard Ale, and Silverback Pale Ale. We also sampled their Rocky Mountain Oyster Stout, a beer made with Colorado base malts, roasted barley, seven specialty malts, Styrian Goldings hops, and 25 pounds of freshly sliced and roasted bull testicles.
