Posted January 22, 2013 by Win Bassett

Watertown, MA. - Brewbound.com is pleased to announce the date and location of the fourth Brewbound Session, a rapidly growing event series on the business of craft beer.

The Brewbound Session will be held on May 2 at the Revere Hotel in Boston, Mass. As with the sold-out event in San Diego last November, this iteration of the Brewbound Session will offer an unmatched strategic learning and networking opportunity for craft brewers. With an emphasis on the business of beer, the Brewbound Session provides an excellent forum for learning marketing, investment, and distribution strategies as explained through case studies of successful brands and explored in a highly collaborative atmosphere.

“The Brewbound Session in San Diego last November was a tremendous success.” said Chris Furnari, editor of Brewbound.com. “The event provided an excellent opportunity for both startup and experienced craft brewers to network and learn strategies that will help them grow their businesses. We are excited about the opportunity to bring it to Boston.”

In past sessions, attendees have heard from industry experts like Kim Jordan, Tony Magee, Greg Koch, Alan Newman, Steve Hindy, Dale Katechis, and many others. In November, Jordan, Magee, and Katechis, in concert with Brewbound’s own staff, helped lead a day full of spirited discussion and entrepreneurial storytelling.

In May, attendees can again expect to benefit from hearing the stories of highly-regarded craft brewers, as well as specialty distributors, retailers, and marketing experts. Panelists and presenters will weigh in on the business decisions craft brewers face daily. Topics will range from retail strategies, branding choices, distribution decisions, financing growth, and more.

Brewbound Session attendees will also have multiple opportunities to engage speakers, both during the moderated portions of the program and also during structured networking and sampling breaks.

The official speaker lineup and agenda will be made available over the coming months.

An early registration discount is available from now through April 1. Please visit https://www.bevnet.com/conference/register/brewbound to register.

Brewbound.com will also return to the Paradise Point Resort & Spa in San Diego, Calif. on Thursday December 6th for its winter conference.
