Heavy Seas has announced the release of Letter of Marque this June. The brew is made from the winning recipe from their annual homebrew competition. The beer is a Belgian style Dubbel Ale submitted by Doug John and David Edmudson. It features six kinds of grain and 3 types of noble hops. It has an ABV of 8 percent and will be available in 22 oz bottles and on draft. It is part of their Mutiny Fleet line of beers.
