The Texas-based Jester King Craft Brewery has announced the release of their beer Drink’in the Sun – a collaboration beer made with the Danish Mikkeller. Drink’in the Sun is a session ale brewed with malted barley and malted wheat and then dry-hopped with Amarillo hops. It is the first of two collaborations between Jester King and Mikkeller.
