ODONATA Brewing Company have announced the release of their flagship beer, Saison. The new brewery is based in Sacramento, CA, and run by Peter Hoey and Rick Sellers. The Belgian-style beer is made with Styrian and East Kent Goldings hops and possesses a floral, peppery aroma.
