New Seasonal Dogfish Head Releases

Seasonal releases from Dogfish Head Craft Brewery (DE) include: Squall (9.0%), an unfiltered, 100 percent bottle-conditioned imperial IPA dry-hopped with Palisade, Amarillo, Simcoe, Cascade, CTZ and Willamette hops. Available in 750-ml champagne bottles.Sah’tea (9.0%) is a once-a-year release, an updated version of a ninth century Finnish prot-beer. It’s brewed with rye and the wort (unfermented beer) is caramelized with white-hot river rocks. Sah’tea is fermented with German weizen (wheat beer) yeast. Other ingredients include Finnish juniper and a tea blend of black tea, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and black pepper. Available in 750-ml champagne bottle.
