Produced with the assistance of All About Beer Magazine and the World Beer Festival.

What began as a fundraiser organized by three friends has morphed into a serious beer event featuring cask ales from around the state and from brewery friends around the country.  (We’ll fulfill the promise of the word “world,” next year.  Count on it.)  Now in its fifth year, the WCAF celebrates the community that has embraced this unique downtown park and relishes the complexity of cask ale.  Both park and ale, reflect the local, handcrafted, neighborhood, tavern culture that has been the signature of this event as it has evolved over the past several years.

Come for the ale, come for the food, come for the people, stay for the experience.

Food provided by: Alivia’s Durham Bistro, Bull McCabes’ Irish Pub,  Rockfish Seafood Grill and Tyler’s Restaurant and Taproom.
