Deep golden color with ecru head leaving a constant lace as it slowly dissipates. The nose is a virtual bouquet of floral aromas you might experience in a pine forest. The mouthfeel is dry, yet there is an abundance of lovely fruit making it a super beer with food. Finishes with bitter herbs that coat your mouth until the next swallow. Delicious with a Middle Eastern meal of cigars (lamb-stuffed deep fried rolls), moussaka (lamb and eggplant) and pumpkin kibbeh.

Sparkling, brilliant amber sunset in every glass. Intriguing foam formation captures the imagination. Anticipation ensues. An IPA that promises balance; caramel malt emerges along with citrus, floral, honey and grassy hop aromatics. An earthly foundation. Malt sweetness engages the immediate flavor experience. Hop bitterness emerges as it easily slides to the back of the tongue. The tongue wags in glee. I am happy, as the aftertaste tempers the initial abrupt hop bitterness with soothing silky malt goodness. But, as with all classically wonderful IPAs, its aftertaste continues to beckon with memories of sharpness. More. I want more.
