This beer demands that you take a break. Be it from work, play, or those other beers—the heavily hopped, the barrel aged, the malt bombs. There is nothing remarkable about this beer, and that’s its great strength. It’s just solidly made. You open it, you pour it into a glass, you drink it. Simple. No thought required, no need to high five friends. It’s a light effervescent ale with a slight citrus hop finish. There is some grain sweetness and clean ale yeast that imparts a slightly fruity twang. When it’s gone—and that happens quickly—you want another. Then one more after that. The true mark of a great beer.
