Massively boozy with dark bread crust and pit fruit notes on the nose. The palate is filled with booziness, brown sugar, molasses, cranberry and a hint of candied orange. The beer showed early signs of oxidation in the form of rich sherry. We’d like to sip on this with a fatty-meat dinner or save it for a rich dessert.
