    Squatting Dog Brewery‘s Liquid Stool Stout shoots out midnight black with a slight, foamy head that lingers on the palate. It carries unforgettable notes of C. difficile. A slightly gritty mouthfeel; wee bit more involuntary than your average stout. A harsh, stingy finish, with notes of Sriracha sauce. If you are put off by occasional corn niblets, you may find little evidence of it in the beer, but if you are a maize connoisseur, you’ll surely detect the tender aftertaste of a Guatemalan, stone ground tortilla.
