This pours like liquid honeycomb, bright golden but hazed with what looks like crystallizing sugar. The net effect of effervescent bubbles and the smoothness from its haze provides an enduring, zesty lift, and this avoids the astringency of lesser session-strength examples. The generous, juicy core of grapefruit, candied orange and lemon (all hops) offers a whole lot.
