Haze infused ale with a substantial and sustainable head of foam. Tangy and yeasty aroma. First impression is refreshingly and mildly acidic followed with malty beer character. Mildly and skillfully hopped. Delightful American style wheat beer. A great summertime treat and substitute for champagne anytime of the year. Quality brewed, clean and crisp. The contrasting experience with brats, sauerkraut and hot mustard could be magnificent.

The slightly hazy yellow appearance tells you that this is an unfiltered beer. Then the clean, lemony aroma of sweet cereals suggests it’s going to be light on the palate. And that’s what it is. Mildly bitter and slightly chewy, with a cracker-like wheat character, this is a softly lemony beer, with a little citrus zest running on into the wheaty, dry but rather empty finish. Don’t expect weissbier pyrotechnics: this is just a pleasant, quaffable, refreshing brew that may just come into its own as a match for the most delicate, lightly grilled white fish.
