Generous, beautifully handled barley wine. Bright red fruits and vinous alcohol aromatics are met with fruit, leather and subtle touches of caramel. For its size, this is exceptionally smooth and keeps its alcohol well-hidden. Softly warming, comforting, with all kinds of depth present: caramel, tobacco, leather, bright cherries—so smooth, like it’s not even trying. A perfect pour for when the weather turns cool.
