Type of Beer: India pale ale

ABV: 6.2%

As the bottle is opened the room fills with a sweet pine aroma. While a rocky white head forms, faint feline notes appear. The first sip is surprising. There’s a musty lemon flavor that quickly transitions to what can be best described as fresh pine sap. The hops are dominant but not the only thing this ale has to offer. There’s some fleeting caramel sweetness. This American IPA is nothing if not a palate bruiser. The dominant citrus and pine flavors, combined with the dry finish, make this a session ender, not a starter.
