Spun gold with amber highlights, the head lasts long and clings to the glass, leaving lace that might just look like hops. A sensual bouquet boasts honeysuckle, lemon blossoms and roses. Unique, because it is made from one variety of hops, there is good balance with fresh, earthy, toasty, cereal flavors and an herbal finish to satisfy discerning hop lovers. Perfect for a picnic, with spicy kielbasa on a spent grain beer roll, fresh cherries and cinnamon ice cream!

Amber, hop-infused, hazed. Extraordinary lush head of foam lingers. Grassy, grainy aroma emerges gently, leaving me with inquisitive anticipation. Full hop bitterness is quite assertive in both beginning and after taste. Chewy and full-bodied, but lacking in malt accented balance. Statement of hops are like an assertive Scotch whisky, lingering and continuing to beckon. Reminds me of aperitifs I might seek. Likely would enhance full fat (cheesy, creamy, fried, etc.) dining experience serving to balance out the assertive hop bite. Of course you may decide to sip and savor this crotch-grabbing IPA through a long session — but I’m not there yet.
