ABV: 8%

Hops, hops and more hops, from all over the world. This is a motley assortment of smells. Ripe peach and passion fruit are recognizable first. White grape must and lemon zest come after, working in some sort of sweet and tart tango. The flavor is plump and juicy like ripe tropical fruit, but not at the expense of the grape-like and citrus counterparts.  Surprisingly, at 80 IBUs, this is not an overly bitter beer.  It takes a hop artist to make a pale ale this gorgeous.
