The toasted-in-an-oven copper color, like a lucky penny, is topped with a devilish tan head seen best through candlelight. The earthy palate is malt-forward and balanced, casting a delicious spell. To hell with too many hops; Voodoo marches to the beat of its own drum. Like black magic with rich dishes like oysters on the half shell, crab bisque, okra gumbo, duck and Andouille sausage and black-bottom pecan pie. You will like this blackened Voodoo! You do? Me, too!
