Cutest name yet! Classic “pale ale” amber, bright and beautiful, a joy to the eyes. Healthy head, resinous nose. Round and slightly fruity on the palate. Plenty hoppy but not overhopped. Super with rich meaty dishes, like choucroute garnie, an Alsatian dish of thick pepper bacon, spicy sausage and ham hock over caraway sauerkraut steamed in Hopportunity Knocks.

Amber hop hazed with foamy head stained with lupulin. Really. Fresh yeasty, hop floral and subtle baked biscuits in the aroma. Very inviting. What is that mouthfeel? It feels like scrumptious yeast spirit. Tonal bitterness with malt base foundation; lingering hop-sharp notes that blend with yum drinkability. Not for hop deaf. This’ll get your mojo working. Unique. A different kind of “IPA.” It’s so good, you don’t need to ask questions. You don’t need to have answers. Relax and enjoy.
