Bond Brothers Disenchantment

The brewery’s first barrel-aged sour (a blend of blonde and red sours, as depicted on the label) doesn’t disappoint, with notes of kiwifruit, white grapes, cherry and lime. The acidity is sharp but pleasant, with a glimmer of oak behind it. A refreshing and complex sour, perfect for a hot day.
