A bitter coffee mouthfeel with a grapefruit pith and burnt pizza crust-accentuated finish. Plenty of raw cocoa and lots of West Coast hops in the nose. Best beer bottled by Karl Strauss to date! Excellent full flavor with all the note mentioned. I’m a “repeat offender” for this stuff, even considering all that is out there.
