Golden with green highlights; tight head hugs the glass and hangs on. Balanced aroma of flowers and cereal. Complex mouthfeel is hop-forward. Perhaps a little too herbaceous for some foods; we found it ideal with local rockfish lime ceviche, homemade hot peppers, La Quercia Prosciutto, and cotija tacos, with salted pumpkin seeds. Hoppy finish.

Classic citruslike American hop character blooms in aroma and flavor. Amber hop hazed with a rich creamy head atop. A bit of old-school yeast-induced richness. Full-flavored mouthfeel. A style never to get tired of, Grand-Am has all the classic lines and finishes well balanced. Hops in your head but not assertive. Malt in your mind but not distractive. Worthy of celebrating. A perfect “go-to” example of this “go-to” style. In a word: delicious.
