Odell Brewing Co. will debut Woodcut No. 5 – an oak-aged Belgian Quadruple – at SAVOR in Washington D.C. on June 3-4, 2011. It has a rich, spicy dried fruit essence and a deep auburn color. Vanilla notes from the oak meld with hints of cherry, raison and plum. This limited edition beer is 100 percent bottle conditioned and has an ABV of 11.3 percent.
