(Indianapolis, IN) – Join beer bloggers, writers and industry folks from around the country at the third annual Beer Bloggers Conference July 13 – 15, 2012 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The conference includes two pre-conference excursions on Thursday, July 12. One will take place in Chicago and will include dinner at Goose Island, followed by a pub crawl organized by local bloggers Jess Murphy from GirlsLikeBeerToo and Kristin Stroud from beer + running = happiness. For attendees coming straight into Indianapolis for the conference, there will be a local pub visit organized by Tamre Mullins of Girls Pint Out. Space to the Chicago excursion is currently sold out but you may be added to the wait list by emailing info (at) beerbloggersconference.org.
Each year’s conference agenda is created with the help of our beer blogger advisory panel, who works hard to craft content that is important and informative to the blogging community. This year will include keynote speeches by Randy Mosher and Garrett Oliver, a comparative beer/glass tasting with Spiegelau (you keep the glasses!), a visit to the Indiana Microbrewer’s Festival, and number of other great highlights. Additionally, many of the panel discussions feature beer bloggers and beer writers who will share their experience and insight within the community. View the full agenda at www.beerbloggersconference.org/America/agenda.
Registration is open and we look forward to hosting the largest number of attendees to date in Indianapolis. Visit www.beerbloggersconference.org/register to sign up. Registration investment is $95 for citizen beer bloggers or writers (those unaffiliated with a business or organization), $195 for industry beer bloggers (those whose blog is affiliated with a brewery or other business or organization), and $295 for non-blogger participants (industry, media relations professionals, friends and family, etc). This covers two beer pairing dinners, lunch on Saturday, entrance to the Microbrewer’s Festival, all conference content, a set of four Spiegelau tasting glasses, and of course, loads of new beer to try!
