Kansas HB 2200—Groceries/Convenience Stores Sell Stronger Beer [Bill]
What it is: Grocery and convenience stores could sell regular-strength beer instead of only 3.2% ABW (4% ABV) beer, among other loosened alcohol laws.
What it means: Consumers would have more choice and convenience for where they purchase their beer and other alcoholic beverages, which would also encourage competitive pricing.
