Indiana HB 1053—Combined Retail for Alcohol Manufacturers [Bill]
What it is: Combined microbreweries, farm wineries and distilleries could sell glasses of all of the businesses’ libations at the same service bar.
What it means: Who doesn’t love a one-stop shop for local beer, wine and spirits? Currently, a structure has to exist between the businesses’ service bars, so this bill would physically break down the wall that separates them, allowing customers easier access.
