Making Sense of 2015 Proposed Beer Legislation
Tennessee SB 375 / HB 412—College Student Beer Tastings [S Bill] [H Bill]
What it is: At qualified academic institutions, authorized instructors could conduct beer tastings for underage students enrolled in certain beer manufacturing classes.
What it means: An underage student taking a sommelier class might lose out on the mastery and intricacies of beer tasting. This bill would give students over 18 an equal chance to enlighten their taste buds—as long as they spit out every sip—under the supervision of an instructor. Washington state has a similar bill (HB 1004) that would enable underage students in certain culinary or alcoholic beverage technology students to participate in tastings.

Very important to add this to your list. Big money distributors, distillers and winemakers are using $ against common sense legislation to support continued growth of Arizonas growing craft beer economy. PLEASE shine some light on the fight to continue the sustained growth and job creation that lobbyists are trying to shutdown in the state of Arizona.
Thank you!
