Full Sail Brewing Company has released Hop Pursuit as part of their Brewmaster Reserve series of beers. Brewed with Cascade, Willamette and Mt. Hood hops provide the beer with a hop flavor minus the bitterness that can come from other varieties. It was dry hopped for two weeks to accentuate these mild hop flavors. It will be available in 22-ounce bottles and on draft from March to June in select specialty stores and pubs throughout the Pacific Northwest.
