Joining the conversation are Sarah Pederson, owner of the Saraveza pub and bottle shop; writer Lucy Burningham; brewer Natalie Baldwin of Burnside Brewing; Pink Boots Society director Emily Engdahl; and homebrewer and professional distiller Lee Hedgmon.
