The word “tome” is thrown around a lot when people are looking for a fancy word to describe a book. A country with such a rich brewing culture deserves a book of this stature. Here, the authors take us into the breweries where personal stories and rich histories are shared. Scenes from everyday life are well-documented and vibrant through intimate and artistic photography.
