    Scarlet Lady E.S.B. pours copper in color. This ale from Stoudts greets the mouth with roasted malts and toffee notes. The Lady is a smooth, drinkable bitter making it, like most English ales, a much-sought after session beer. It’s not Fuller’s mind you, but well worth consuming—I wouldn’t turn one of these down.
