Staff Review: We believe the literal term is a conceit. Every possible angle you can imagine for linking Ticket to Rye to a music tour has been used. That alone is well worth going to their website. This is the first of four IPAs, and is very mild, with a definite rye flavor. Brown to amber in color. The head has a little brown to it, with an interesting spicy nose, with ginger, allspice and hints of vanilla. A huge amount of caramel in the beginning. A big roasty, chewy beer with good solid hop finish. This is not your average IPA.
