SØLE Mosaic Nerd

After sampling Maui Brewing Co.’s newly canned POG IPA (with passion fruit, orange and guava), this is what we wanted that beer to smell like. Juicy orange segments are underpinned by tart citrus notes like lime zest. This is well-hazed, hinting at white grapefruit juice. Especially refreshing, with a whole lot of fresh grapefruit elements (pulp and all) coming through near the finish.
