Hazy golden in appearance with a sodalike mouthfeel, the beer has funky barnyard Brettanomyces aromas of a classic lambic. Effervescent if not a bit thin-bodied, it has flavors of lemon skin, floral apricot and white stone fruits, and it’s a bit chalky. Highly original with a lot going on.
