In other words a dirty glass. A clean glass will have no bubbles sticking to the sides. Also the colder the beer the less off notes you will notice. You mention 35deg which is cold and you still notice an off note. Is it taste or a nose that you are talking about? Also never use a chilled glass! The crap on a chilled glass probably started as a dirty glass put into a dirty cooler supposedly to keep 35deg beer cold! Gimme a break, that chilled glass will not make that beer taste better!!!! The beer to me has an off taste that I find difficult to define. The temperature is an estimated 35 deg. The beer is served in chilled glases and is difficult to achive a reasonable head. My beer is always served in a room temperature glass as I do not enjoy very cold beer. This appears to be a recent condition and I have made comparisons withndraft beer at other locations and observe only minor bubles. The large amount of bubbles are present as long as there is beer in the glass. I have read articles on large bubbles but no reference to small bubles. Can you advise me as to what the problem is?
